No award will be made under this Request for Quote (RFQ) until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this RFQ, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. In accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) the contractor shall provide/furnish all labor, tools, equipment, uniforms, material, supervision and transportation necessary to provide Sports Officiating and Scorekeeping services at Vandenberg Space Force Base for all adult intramural, varsity,and youth sporting events, tournaments, and pre-season games. This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price per the Contract Line Item Number structure outlined in Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule.
