Request for Quote (RFQ) Identifier: FA461023QVSFB_ECFACILITYMANAGER Contract Title: Education Center Facility Manager with IT Skills Note to potential offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this RFQ until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this RFQ, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Non-personal services in support of U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force voluntary off-duty education and training programs to manage all aspects of conference and event planning, IT/Audio Visual/Satellite systems instruction/support, facility, scheduling and classroom management for meetings/instruction for the Vandenberg Education and Training Services Facility, with responsibility for the planning, directing, organizing; and exercising control over daily classroom scheduling/set-up/troubleshooting, audio-visual functions, distance learning classes/satellite downlink and IT communication operating systems for over 14,000 individuals using the facility per year; and to provide facilities/equipment operational support, user end training and logistics to all federal, state & local agencies through the use of the Vandenberg Education and Training Services Facility. This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price per the Contract Line Item Number structure outlined in Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule. Any questions must be submitted via email to the primary and alternate contacts listed below by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday 24 May 2023. All quotes are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday 9 June 2023
