This Request for Quote is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional informatmion included inthis notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 314110, "Carpet and Rug Mills" with a size standard of 1,500 employees. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for a description of the required services and source requirements. Also see the attached Request for Quote document and for quote submission instructions, estimated period of performance, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertaining to this acquisition. This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price per the Contract Line Item Number structure outlined in Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule.
