No award will be made under this RFQ until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this RFQ, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Non-personal services in support of U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force voluntary off-duty education program to include providing academic advisement, information, and guidance plus preparation of documents associated with the services provided. This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price per the Contract Line Item Number structure outlined in Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule. Any questions must be submitted via email to the primary and alternate contacts listed below by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday 24 May 2023. All quotes are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on Friday 9 June 2023
