Description for SAM Posting This is a combo synopsis solicitation for crane rental and operation services, Commercial, Small Business Set-Aside, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, FAR Subpart 19.5 and FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 532490, “Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and leasing” with a size standard of $40M. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and salient characteristics document for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF 1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to: a) Provide Service Contract Act Wage Determination for Davis County Utah, Attch 2 SCA WD 2015-5483 Rev 20 20221227 b) Establish a potential delivery period c) Extend the due date to 1 May 2023, 12:00 PM PDT Quotes are due NLT 01 May 2023 at 12:00 PM PDT.
