Request for Quote Number: FA4610-23-Q-0001 Project Title: Bldg. 7000 Security Escorts at Vandenberg SFB, CA This Request for Quote is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 561612, “Security Guards and Patrol Services”, with a size standard of $25.5M. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Note: Offeror shall provide proof that they have at least one (1) of the TS/SCI cleared escorts available to start on the 24th of October 2022. Offeror will provide the following information for the identified escort(s): full legal name, phone number and email address. Offers that do not include information for at least 1 escort that can start on 24 October 2022, will not be eligible for award.
