This is a Brand Name combo synopsis solicitation for (1) Snap-On Level 5 Automated Tool Control (ATC) Kit comprised of an ACT 54 inch Corded Mobile 9 DR, True Site Basic, and a Government Admin. This solicitation is Commercial, Small Business Set-Aside, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Subpart 19.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The requirement is a Brand Name Requirement as documented in the attached documentation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document for contract line-item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF 1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
