This is a combo synopsis solicitation for a water recycling system, Commercial, Small Business Set-Aside, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, FAR Subpart 19.5 and FAR Part 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 333318, “Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing” with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation, statement of work (SOW) and salient characteristics documents for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Attachment 1, Salient Characteristics, details the specifications for the requirement. The water recycling system specifications are for the Mi-T-M WLP-20AB-0M11 recycling system. We will consider a different make and model if it meets or exceeds the required specifications. Any items that do not meet the example of the acceptable model/part number will need to have a detailed explanation accompanying the quote. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF 1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. NOTICE TO OFFERORS: Funds are not presently available for this requirement. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for Thursday 21 July 2022 beginning at 1:00 PM PDT at Building 10711. Please make sure you arrive with plenty of time to process through the gate and make it to the site visit location on time.
