The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform resurfacing of community center flooring with a textured epoxy utility surface on existing concrete located in Bldg. 11070. Total area to be resurfaced is approximately 2,000 square feet. The Contractor shall also perform removal and disposal of current carpet covering approximately 2,000 square feet of concrete foundation.
