Please reference A... The government requires a highly-qualified technician to perform maintenance on the base wide Energy Management and Control System. All work will be completed on Vandenberg AFB, CA. Please reference Attachment 1 Statement of Work (SOW) for further details. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 238220 “Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors”, with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Please see the attached Solicitation form and SOW for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. The signed SF1449 document, the completed Attachment 2 Pricing Schedule Request for Quote, and the completed Attachment 3 Technical Questionnairee must all be electronically submitted for an offeror to be considered responsible. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: Questions are due Wednesday, 25 August 2021 no later then 1:00 PM PST. Submit all questions, utilizing the question and answer template attached, to robert.ruble.4@spaceforce.mil. Questions must be submitted in writing via email; telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Answers will be distributed by close of business on Friday, 27 August 2021. All questions and answers will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation posting. It is the responsibility of the offereor to monitor Sam.gov for future information in the form of amendments.
