All work will be completed on Vandenberg AFB, CA. Please reference Attachment 1 Statement of Work (SOW) for further details. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 238220 “Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors”, with a size standard of $16,500,000.00. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 to submit quote's and instructions can be found on the final page of the document. Offerors will also be required to complete the Pricing Schedule Excel workbook. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Quotes are due Wednesday, 30 June 2021 NLT 1:00 PM PST .
