The government requires a highly qualified contractor to place, maintain, and remove fully operational portable toilets at Government designated sites within the boundaries of Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA. Please reference Attachment 1- Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further details. This procurement is being issued Full and Open under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 562991, “Septic Tank and Related Services”. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Please see the attached Solicitation form and PWS for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. The signed SF1449 document, the completed Attachment 2 Pricing Schedule Request for Quote, the completed Attachment 3 Technical Questionnaire, and the completed Attachment 4 Past Performance Questionnaire must all be electronically submitted for an offeror to be considered responsible. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on Tuesday, 12 October 2021 at 10:00 AM PST. Submit the names of attendees, including Company name, to ryan.shim.1@spaceforce.mil no later than Monday, 11 October 2021. Two forms of I.D. will be required for entry and interested parties should arrive at the Vandenberg SFB visitor-center punctually. Individual’s will be required to comply with health directive #10 which can be found here: https://www.vandenberg.spaceforce.mil/COVID-19/ QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: Questions are due Wednesday, 13 October 2021 no later then 1:00 PM PST. Submit all questions, utilizing the question and answer template attached, to ryan.shim.1@spaceforce.mil. Questions must be submitted in writing via email; telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Answers will be distributed by close of business on Friday, 22 October 2021. All questions and answers will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation posting. It is the responsibility of the offereor to monitor Sam.gov for future information in the form of amendments. QUOTES: Quotes are due Monday, 25 October 2021 NLT 1:00 PM PST . Offers must be submitted in writing via email; oral offers will not be accepted.
