Please referen... The government requires a natural gas leak detection survey for fifty-five (55) miles of gas distrbution lines, valves, and regulators. All work will be completed on Vandenberg AFB, CA. Please reference Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further details. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 541990, “All other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services”, with a size standard of $15,00,000.00. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and PWS for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 (Solicitation - FA461021Q0028) to submit quote's and instructions can be found on the final page of the document. Offerors will also be required to complete the RFQ Pricing Schedule Excel workbook. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Quotes are due Monday, 17 May 2021 NLT 1:00 PM PST .
