The government requires the relocation of secure safes and supplies from Building 10577 and Building 8401 to Building 7000 a total distance of one (1) mile. All equipment will be disassembled and dismounted from the wall and floor. All work will be completed on Vandenberg AFB, CA. Please reference Attachment 1 Statement of Work (SOW) for further details. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 488991, “Packaging and Crating”, with a size standard of $30,000,000.00. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and Statement of Work (SOW) for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 (Solicitation - FA461021Q0020) to submit their quote and can find instructions on the last page of the document. Offerors will also be required to complete the RFQ Safe Move Excel workbook. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award. Quotes are due NLT 05 April 2021 at 1:00 PM PST .
