Request for Quote Number: FA4610-21-Q-0006 Project Title: 532 TRS Trainer Maintenance This is Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with a size standard of $22M. This acquisition will be procured pursuant to the requirements in Federal Acquisition Regulation of FAR Part 12. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). The period of performance is as follows: Phase In: 1 March 2021 – 31 March 2021 Basic Period: 1 April 2021 – 28 February 2022 Option Year 1: 1 March 2022 – 28 February 2023 Option Year 2: 1 March 2023 – 29 February 2024 Option Year 3: 1 March 2024 – 28 February 2025 Option Year 4: 1 March 2025 – 28 February 2026 6 Month Extension: 1 March 2025 – 31 August 2026 In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
