In accordance with this solicitation, Vandenberg Air Force Base intends to award one (1) 5-year Pest Control requirements contract. Questions are due NLT 1 Decemeber 2020 1:00PM PDT to the POC's listed with this solicitation. Questions will only be accepted utilizing Attachment 5 Questions and Answers Template. Questions that are recieved via phone or any other means OTHER THAN the Attachment 5 will not be accepted. Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to respond to: 1. Post the questions and answers that were received on this solicitation. See Attachment 6. 2. Correct FAR 52.212-1 ADDENDUM to remove the reference to Attachment 3 - Technical Questionnaire. 3. Correct the name from "Best" to "Base" Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to correct Attachment 2- Pricing Schedule Pest Control 20 and change the title of Tab OP5 from "Ordering Period 4: 15 December 2023-14 December 2024" to "Ordering Period 5: 15 December 2024-14 December 2025."
