This solicitation is for the purchase and installation of shock absorbing carpet and pad (rooms 110, 111, 112, 114, 115, 116, 117, 204, 205, 206, 304, 305, 306, 307) for the Child Development Center at Vandenberg AFB, CA in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 31 July 2020. Attached is the solicitation, PWS, and drawings. Please pay particular attention to the Instructions to Offerors and the Evaluation Criteria located within the clause section of the solicitation. The solicitation document will need to be completed with the your quoted price, signed and dated, and all applicable representations completed. Please include a breakdown of items that are included in your quote and include the total price on the solicitation (SF1449). This solicitation is "Brand Name or Equal". If you are quoting an "or Equal" item please include salient characteristics so that an appropriate technical determination can be made.
