This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers IAW CLIN structure outlined in this announcement and the quote template sheet provided. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720, “Janitorial Services”. The applicable size standard is $19.5M. The PSC Code is S299, “Other Housekeeping Services”. This acquisition is being conducted under 100% Small-Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). PR No.: F4D5A10209A001 Project Title 532 TRS Window Washing Project Description: Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, transportation, supervision, applicable equipment (ladder, mechanical lift, etc.), cleaning materials (must use 30 SW approved chemicals) to clean windows in building 8175, 8290, 9190 and 9192. Contractor is required to remove window screens, cleaned and reinstall as applicable. Windows shall be cleaned both surfaces (interior and exterior), except for the interior of the dorm room windows in building 9190 and the windows on 9192 controlled by Beachcombers entirely. This includes wiping tracks and sills. Notes: Some window may not have screen. The number of windows is as follows: Bldg. 8290: 214 windows, Bldg. 8175: 374 windows, Bldg. 9190: 544 windows, Bldg. 9192: 47 windows. Please note the panes of these windows vary in shape and size. All potential offerors are reminded that compliance with the provision at FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, is mandatory. Lack of registration in SAM will render an offeror ineligible for contract award. Quotes should conform to the CLIN structure as established in the Quote Template. Site Visit attendance is highly encouraged. Please see RFQ Attachments for detailed description of requirement. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees.
