This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers IAW CLIN structure outlined in this announcement and the quote template sheet provided. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330, “Flooring Contractors”. The applicable size standard is $16.5M. The PSC Code is 7220, “Floor Coverings”. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small-Business Set-Aside IAW FAR 19.502-2(a). Project Description: The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision, transportation, and other items/services necessary to provide and install carpet flooring, associated wall base (carpet base) in designated rooms of Bldg. 8290 on Vandenberg AFB, CA in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS). All potential offerors are reminded that compliance with the provision at FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, is mandatory.
