This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06 (05 Jun 2020) and DFARS DPN 20200324. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice; quotes are being requested in response and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) No. FA461020Q0030. This acquisition is being conducted as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325520, “Adhesive Manufacturing”. The applicable small business size standard is 500 employees and the applicable PSC code is 8040, “Adhesives”. All firms or individuals responding must be registered on the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://sam.gov/SAM). All potential offerors are reminded that compliance with the provision at FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, is mandatory. Lack of registration in SAM will render an offeror ineligible for contract award. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Submit quote on the attached SF 1449, RFQ.
