Solicitation #: FA461020Q0025 Project Title: LogRhythm Training This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2020-06 and DFARS DPN 20200324. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice; quotes are being requested in response to this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) FA461020Q0025. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 611420 and Size Standard of $12M apply to this procurement. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with the CLIN structure as reflected in the SF 1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section) The period of performance will be proposed by the offeror but the required training shall occur between 1 August 2020 and 30 September 2020. All questions or comments must be provided to Alyson.Kolding@us.af.mil and William.Bumpass.1@us.af.mil in writing via email no later than (NLT) 15 June 2020 at 12:00 PM PST. Answers will be posted on or about 18 June 2019 at 12:00 PM PST. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. A Single Source Justification (Brand Name) dated 20200605 applies to this acquisition. Offerors must adhere to the 52.212-1 Addendum, Instructions to Offerors, found in the SF1449 RFQ document in the section entitled, “Instr., Conds., and Notices to Offerors.” Offerors are advised to carefully review the FAR 52.212-2 Addendum, Evaluation, found in the SF1449 RFQ document in the section entitled, “Evaluation Factors for Award.” Offers must be submitted in writing; oral offers will not be accepted.
