Vandenberg AFB, CA has a requirement for launch support services. Specifically, the rental of two (2) heavy duty mobile cranes, crane operators and rigging operators. Cranes must be capable of lifting at least 136,000 pounds in tandem, must be ordinance certified, and must be qualifed for lifting live, explosive loads. All equipment, manpower, and associated actions for this requirement, must be in accordance with the specifications detailed in the Performance Work Statement attachment.
