Solicitation #: FA461020Q0003 Project Title: Vehicle Corrosion Control Services This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-06 and DFARS DPN 20180531. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice; quotes are being requested in response to this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) FA461020Q0003. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 811121 and Size Standard of $7.5M apply to this procurement. Wage Determination 2015_5647 Rev 8 dated 20190802 applies to this acquisition. However, if a Collective Bargaining Agreement is in place, offerors shall provide with their quote. Answers will be posted on or about 13 November 2019 at 12:00 PM PST. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Offerors must adhere to the 52.212-1 Addendum, Instructions to Offerors, found in the SF1449 RFQ document in the section entitled, "Instr., Conds., and Notices to Offerors." Offerors are advised to carefully review the FAR 52.212-2 Addendum, Evaluation, found in the SF1449 RFQ document in the section entitled, "Evaluation Factors for Award." Offers must be submitted in writing; oral offers will not be accepted.
