PLEASE SEND THE NAMES OF ALL ATTENDEES TO THE FOLLOWING EMAIL ADDRESSES NO LATER THAN 1500 ON 16 JAN 20 (kari.hughes.2@us.af.mil; sean.kennedy@us.af.mil).** The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to perform municipal solid waste (MSW) and recycling collections at Government-designated sites within the boundaries of Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB), CA. Services shall be performed in accordance with (IAW) this performance work statement (PWS) as well as applicable federal, state and local regulations, commercial industry standards, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Americans with Disabilities Act (28 CFR, Part 35, Subpart A) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requirements. The Contractor’s focus needs to be on safety, sanitation and customer service while performing the requirements of this service contract. The Contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to effectively perform integrated solid waste management in a timely manner.
