The Contractor shall fully investigate and provide an acceptable detailed design solution to bring the issues documented in the Statement of Work and applicable attachments up to compliance code requirements as well as complies Vandenberg AFB, Local, State and Federal building and construction code requirements in order to replace the heater units in building 10711. 1. This requirement is being set aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b) and is being considered for award to an eligible Women Owned Small Business. 2. Award of this solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price construction contract. 3. Negotiable period of performance of 365 days. 4. Specifications: See Section J 5. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. 6. NAICS: 238220, Size Standard: $15,000,000 7. The proposal shall be valid through 30 September 2019. 8. A pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for 15 Aug 2019, 9:00 AM PST. 9. All attendees shall submit their name via e-mail to the points of contact (POCs) below by 13 Aug 2019, 4:30 PM PST. 10.
