This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03 and DFARS DPN 20190628. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice; quotes are being requested in response to this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) FA461019QA017. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 325520 and Size Standard of 500 employees apply to this procurement. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with the CLIN structure as reflected in the SF 1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). Offerors must adhere to the 52.212-1 Addendum, Instructions to Offerors, found in the SF1449 RFQ document in the section entitled, "Instr., Conds., and Notices to Offerors." Offerors are advised to carefully review the FAR 52.212-2 Addendum, Evaluation, found in the SF1449 RFQ document in the section entitled, "Evaluation Factors for Award."
