The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA461019QA015 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-02; Effective 06-05-2019. This is a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 541620 with a size standard of $15 Million. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase of Environmental Baseline Survey (EBS) for SLC-8 at Vandenberg AFB, CA; in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) dated June 2019, see Attachment 1. The contract CLIN schedule is Attachment 2: RFQ CLIN Template. NOTE TO CONTRACTOR(S): 1. Any shipping costs shall be included within the price of the CLIN(s) and NOT priced separately. 2.
