Solicitation #: FA461019QA014 Project Title: Linens and Uniforms Service This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03 and DFARS DPN 20190628. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation notice; quotes are being requested in response to this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as Request for Quote (RFQ) FA461019QA014. North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 812332 and Size Standard of $38.5M apply to this procurement. Wage Determination 2015_5647 Rev 7 dated 20181226 applies to this acquisition. However, if a Collective Bargaining Agreement is in place, offerors shall provide with their quote. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) with the CLIN structure as reflected in the SF 1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section). The period of performance will include a basic period from 01 Oct 2019 - 31 May 2020 , Four (4) one-year options from 01 June 2020 - 31 May 2024 and a Six (6) Month Extension from 1 June 2024 - 30 November 2024. The options, if utilized, will be exercised at the unilateral right of the Government. Answers will be posted on or about 20 August 2019 at 12:00 PM PST. Telephone and other means of oral communication will not be permitted. Offerors must adhere to the 52.212-1 Addendum, Instructions to Offerors, found in the SF1449 RFQ document in the section entitled, "Instr., Conds., and Notices to Offerors." Offerors are advised to carefully review the FAR 52.212-2 Addendum, Evaluation, found in the SF1449 RFQ document in the section entitled, "Evaluation Factors for Award." Offers must be submitted in writing; oral offers will not be accepted.
