This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the purchase of classroom furniture at Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) and is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a combination synopsis and solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This purchase shall include the final design, pricing, purchase, and installation of classroom furniture in support of classroom replacement in classrooms 102-104-108A-108B-114A-116A, Building 8195, Vandenberg SFB, CA. Contractor shall disassemble and remove all existing furniture and transfer all furniture to Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) on base at 11510. All work and products will be IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) dtd 9 August 2023, Attachment 1. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 337214, “Office Furniture (except Wood) Manufacturing”, with a size standard of 1,100 Employees. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in Attachment 4 – Pricing Schedule. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). Lack of registration in the SAM will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
