The Government reserves the right to cancel the requirement. In the event the government cancels this request for quote, the government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any quote preparation costs (IAW FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds). The government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. This Request for Quote is for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06 and DFARS DPN 20210709. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) 561790, “Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings”, with a size standard of $8.0 Million. Please see the attached SF 1449 solicitation document and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for contract line item numbers (CLINs), quantities, units of measure, description of requirements, period of performance information, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertinent to this acquisition. Offerors are required to utilize the SF 1449 solicitation document to submit their quote, following the instructions contained therein, reference FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, and the addendum thereto. The contract will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP) per the CLIN structure reflected in the attached SF1449 RFQ (Supplies or Services and Prices/Cost section).
