Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the painting and minor repairs of a C-45 static display aircraft located at the Barksdale Global Power Museum on Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. The period of performance for the work is 30 days. The acquisition is set aside for small business concerns, and award will be based on a best-value determination considering price and technical factors. The work must be performed in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Wage Determination.
