This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the comprehensive repair, refurbishment, and repainting of a B-2 static display aircraft to ensure its long-term preservation. The work will be performed at the HQ AFGSC static display at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns, and award will be based on a best value determination. A site visit is scheduled for 0900 AM CDT on Thursday, 19 March 2026, with an RSVP deadline of 0900 AM CDT on Wednesday, 18 March 2026. Quotes must be submitted by 1300 PM CDT on Friday, 27 March 2026.
