Inactive Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a solicitation for bacterial and enzyme drain and sewer treatment services to be performed at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, under a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The total BPA has a dollar limit of $350,000, with no individual call order exceeding $25,000. The performance period will not exceed five years from the BPA establishment date or the total funding limit, whichever comes first. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. Questions from potential bidders are due by 1:00 PM CDT on Tuesday, January 10, 2026.

This Request for Information (RFI) is for the provide bacterial/enzyme drain and sewer treatment services at Barksdale AFB The requirement description is a follows: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform bacterial/enzyme drain maintenance utilizing injection pumps at Barksdale AFB outlined in Statement of Work (SOW) .
