The purpose of issuing Amendment 01 to solicitation FA460825QS028, BAFB Holiday Decorationand Lighting is to provide the government’s answers to the questions submitted in accordance with the timeline identified in the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation posted on 28 August 2025, updates Attachment 2, Statement of Work, 18 August 2025, and includes a required "Acknowledgement of Amendment 01" signature page. The purpose for this contract is to install, maintain, remove, transport, and store several Holiday decoration items in support of Barksdale AFB’s Holiday season (as specified below) at an off-site location for a period of one base year plus two option years. Work will, in general, involve trim lighting around multiple structures, installing tree canopy lighting, and providing other non- lighted, non-religious specific decorations such as garland/bows/bells/ornaments at the West Gate entry and light poles located along Barksdale Blvd in accordance with Attachment 2 – Statement of Work (SOW). Due Dates and Times: RSVP for Site Visit NLT 4:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, 03 September 2025. Site Visit is 1:00 PM CDT on Thursday, 04 September 2025. Questions must be submitted via email to POCs listed below by 12:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, 10 September 2025. Answers to questions submitted IAW specified due date will be posted on or around Tuesday 16 September 2025. Quotes are requested by 12:00 PM CDT on Tuesday, 23 September 2025.
