This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA460825QC024, is IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 and is IAW provisions and clauses in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective as of 17 January 2025. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 339950. The small business size standard is 500 employees. CLIN 0001 Product Fabrication of a Commander/Command Chief Alumni Wall of Honor IAW Attachment 2 - Reference Diagram and Attachment 3 - Statement of Work, Dated 17 March 2025 Quantity: 1 Unit: Each Site Visit: A site visit will be held on Tuesday, 25 March 2025 at approximately 1:00 PM CDT. Offerors attending the site visit will meet in front of Bldg. 5345 at 345 Davis Ave West located on Barksdale AFB, LA. Those planning to attend the site visit must RSVP no later than Monday, 24 March 2025 at 3:30 PM CDT. The names of all anticipated site visit attendees must be emailed to SSgt Tyler Parsons, Contract Specialist, at tyler.parsons.3@us.af.mil and SrA Alisia Davis, Contracting Officer, at alisia.davis@us.af.mil. Emails should include company name and phone number along with the names and contact information of all individuals that will be attending on the company’s behalf. Offerors who do not already have base access will need their Driver’s License, vehicle registration, and insurance to receive a base visitor’s pass.
