The 2d Contracting Squadron at Barksdale AFB, Bossier City, LA is soliciting for firm fixed price contract to provide all non-personal services, to include labor, equipment, materials and related items necessary to provide Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS). The designated NAICS code is 332510 with size standard of 750 employees. The proposed project magnitude is between the guaranteed minimum of $10,000.00 and maximum of $7,000,000.00 over a five (5) year period. The solicitation is anticipated to include a one (1) year base and four (4) one-year options. **Amendment 1 This Amendment is to Attach an updated SOW as well as attach the updated Soliciation that now includes Clauses 52.228-8 Addendum, 52.225-5, and 52.225-6. This Amendment is also to attach Questions and Answers and to notify offerors that an Updated Attachment K will be provided within the next 10 business days and the Proposal Due Date has changed to 8/15/24 at 2:00 p.m. CST. **Amendment 2 This Amendment is to Attach additional questions asked as well as an updated Attachment K. **Amendment 3 The purpose of this Amendment is to provide an updated Attachment K that has quantities, includes the storefront CLIN on the summary tab and has deleted products that are discontinued.
