DESCRIPTION This solicitation is issued by the 2nd Contracting Squadron for non-personal services, to include all personnel, training, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to perform all Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services at Claiborne Range. The contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price contract for all services listed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall provide continuous, efficient, and cost-effective service. The contractor shall provide or be responsible for having personnel with proper certification, qualifications, and licenses. The contractor shall maintain facilities in a neat, clean, and orderly condition at all times. The contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to accomplish requirements efficiently and effectively in a timely manner in a way that fosters pride and ownership in the work performed. This is a Competitive 8(a) procurement limited to qualified/eligible firms in the Small Business Development Program. The Government intends to award one contract under this program. Period of Performance: The period of performance is listed within each line item of the solicaition. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specifications of the contract and the Performance Work Statement. The Government will conduct a site visit for this proposal. The exact date of the site visit is identified in this solicitation. All prospective offerors are responsible for visiting SAM.gov web page frequently and obtain the solicitation, any amendments, and/or other information pertaining to this solicitation. No telephone calls or written requests for this solicitation package will be accepted. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the SAM.gov database to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) from SAM.gov. Registration may take up to several weeks to process. All prospective offerors must go to http://www.sam.gov/ to add or update its Representation and Certification record.
