The Bid Scheduled has been revised and attached. The number of scheduled cleanings increased by one (1) for O &M and four (4) for AFFES. The Submission date has been extended to Wednesday 21 August 5:00 PM CST. Questions and answers from the site visit are posted. Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, parts, supervision, transportation and all other items or services necessary to perform the commercial hood and duct cleaning at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. Only trained, qualified and certified personnel are to perform the work IAW National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 96, Cleaning of Exhaust Systems, Chapter 11, paragraph 11.6.1. and the International Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Association (IKECA). Contractor shall remove all deposits left behind from grease-laden vapors. dirt, grease, oil, and any other foreign deposits on the interior duct work and exterior surfaces above exhaust system components shall be removed with no residue remaining as stated in PWS.
