The anticipated posting for this Solicitation is two months. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not currently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The 2d Contracting Squadron at Barksdale AFB, Bossier City, LA will be soliciting for firm-fixed price contract to provide all non-personal services, to include labor, equipment, materials and related items necessary to provide Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS). The designated NAICS code is 332510 with size standard of 750 employees. The proposed project magnitude is between the guaranteed minimum of $10,000.00 and maximum of $7,000,000.00 over a five (5) year period. The solicitation is anticipated to include a one (1) year base and four (4) one-year options.
