All other terms and conditions remain the same. Combined Synopsis - Solicitation for Commercial Items (IAW FAR 12.603) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA460824QC099, is IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13 and is IAW provisions and clauses in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, e?ective as of 22 May 2024. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classi?cation (NAICS) number is 332439. Description/Purpose: This RFQ is for the purchase and installation of eighty-eight (88) Brand Name or Equal Spacesaver Mobile Universal Weapons Racks on behalf of the 2d Security Forces Squadron (2 SFS) located on Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, parts, and labor necessary to complete the installation in accordance with Attachment 2 - Statement of Work (SOW). CLIN 0001 – Mobile Universal Weapon Racks in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 3 – Salient Characteristics CLIN 0002 – Installation in accordance with (IAW) Attachment 2 – Statement of Work (SOW) Site Visit A site visit will be held on Barksdale AFB for the 2d Security Forces Squadron (1200 Range Road, Armory, Barksdale AFB, LA 71110) on Thursday July 18, 2024, at 08:00 AM Central Daylight Time (CDT). O?erors attending the site visit will be directed and escorted upon arrival to starting location or visitor control center. Once all attendees have arrived, the group will be escorted into the building. Site visit attendance is recommended; however, it is not mandatory.
