Description/Purpose: This RFQ is for the purchase, installation, and integration of an Audio/Visual (A/V) Technical Equipment (VTC) renovation for Barksdale AFB, LA. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, parts, and labor necessary to complete the installation in accordance with Attachment 2 - Statement of Work (SOW). A TEMPEST design plan, a Red Line design plan detailing wire connectivity, one-year warranty, and initial training to the 2 OSS staff are required as part of this requirement. Quotes shall be evaluated for technical acceptance by the 2d Operational Support Squadron and the 2d Communication Squadron to ensure that the proposed solution utilized products from Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Approved Products List (APL), to connect to the DISA provided Global Video Services GVS-U and GVS-C using IP. All items must be TAA-Compliant, DoDIN certified APL equipment, meet TEMPEST AFSSI 7700, and programing must meet DISA STIG requirements.
