The current Entry Control Point (ECP) vehicle and personnel gate at the 2d Munitions Squadron Munitions Storage Area (MSA) requires replacement to restore serviceability and consistent security. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, parts and labor necessary to accomplish the removal and replacement of the current gate in service.
