This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA460823QS057 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2023-05 September 7, 2023. This is a total set aside for small business and the associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) number is 238320. The small business size standard is $19.0M. Description/Purpose: The purpose of this requirement is to properly prep, sand, prime, and paint the Barksdale Global Power Museum B47, B-52G, B-52D, and B-29 static display aircrafts in compliance with all applicable environmental regulations. Due Dates and Times: Amended quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM CST on Monday, 25 September 2023. Amendment 2 – This Amendment extends the due date and time of offers as well as incorporates a revision to the Statement of Work and the Combo Synopsis. Revisions were made to modify the manner in which the types of paints, primers, and coatings will be applied. Please review the revised copies of each document with emphasis on section 3 of the SOW and the technical plan under 52.212-1 in the Combo Synopsis.
