Modification 1: Attached Attachment 4 - Questions and Answers for the questions that have been received for the Barksdale Telecommunication Services. This requirement will provide essential local area Telecommunication Services (TS) and features supporting Barksdale AFB. Support shall be provided to the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year. TS shall include, as a minimum but no limited to: Direct Inward Dial Directory Number, Commercial Subscriber Lines, Local Exchange Digital ISDN (PRI), Circuit Extension. This acquisition will include a base year and one (1) one-year option periods. In addition, a six-month extension of services may be exercised.
