This requirement will provide essential local area Telecommunication Services (TS) and features supporting Barksdale AFB. Support shall be provided to the installation 24 hours a day/seven days a week/365 days a year. TS shall include, as a minimum but no limited to: Direct Inward Dial Directory Number, Commercial Subscriber Lines, Local Exchange Digital ISDN (PRI), Circuit Extension. This acquisition will include a base year and four (4) one-year option periods. In addition, a six-month extension of services may be exercised.
