The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste and recycling services at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana. The contractor shall provide pickup, transportation, and delivery, to the appropriate commercial landfill and recycling centers, for all refuse and recyclable materials collected within the base-wide areas, including, but not limited to office buildings, industrial areas, food service, child development facilities, medical facilities, and recreation areas.
