In general, this Statement of Work (SOW) defines the service requirement for the Contractor to Survey, including locating, verifying and collecting accurate geospatial data for all features associated with four primary utility systems (Gas, Water, Wastewater Sewer and Electrical) in the main base housing area of Barksdale Air Force Base.
