In general, the Statement of Work (SOW) defines this labor requirement for the Contractor to relocate (14) copper cables 7100 pair, clear capping (1) 1200 pair cable in MH 49, removing tip cables from (1) 900 pair cable in B3447 cable vault, and (46) FO Cables totaling 1,788 strands from existing Communication Vault (B3447) Rm 10B and (B3466) Room 120 to new Consolidated Communication Facility (CCF) (B3458) Rm 222 at Barksdale AFB, Louisiana with Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) (all parts and pieces).
