This will be a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside in accordance with FAR 19.203(c). In accordance with FAR 36.204(c) Magnitude of Construction Projects, the price range of this project is anticipated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. A Site Visit will be conducted on 7 July, 2022 at 10:15 AM (CST) Barksdale AFB, LA 71110. Participants will reference Attachment 6 for directions, Section L, and provision 52.236-27 for additional details regarding the site visit. In order to obtain access to Barksdale AFB for the site visit please arrive 30 minutes prior at the visitors center (if in POV) and at the east gate (company truck/car with logos) to receive a visitors pass.

The NAICS for this project is 238320 and the small business size standard is $16.5M. This project is for OPP# 1124560, Maintain Exterior, Paint B6415 – 20BS on Barksdale AFB and is to include: power wash entire facility, selective manual cleaning/descaling dirty/loose paint, then properly prime/paint of entire facility. Colors will be in accordance with the SOW. A site visit will be held for this project. This information will be located in Block 10 of the IFB. This will be a sealed bid requirement in accordance with FAR Parts 14 and 36. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirement at Barksdale AFB, LA in accordance with the project drawings and all applicable code requirements. The IFB will be posted on or around 23 June 2022. The IFB will close 30 calendar days after the IFB is released. Bid opening will take place the day and time of the IFB closing. The period of performance is 30 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP may be issued within 30 calendar days after award of the contract. This acquisition is set?aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns in accordance with FAR 19.203(b). The IFB will be available by electronic transmission only at beta.SAM.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; see webpage at www.sam.gov. All proposals shall be valid for 180 calendars days after the IFB closing to be considered responsive. In accordance with FAR 36.204(c) the magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
