The purpose of this project is to repaint the striping and pavement markings and replace raised pavement markers on the listed roads contained herein. Complete paint removal will occur on roads with thermoplastic striping and markings, and partial paint removal on roads with painted striping and markings. The roads will be repainted with reflectorized paint. All striping will be 4 in. thick unless otherwise stated, and pavement lettering 8 ft. long. Map of roads included in Statement of Work. This contract needs to be completed IAW the Statement of Work. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns in accordance with FAR part 19.15 In accordance with FAR 36.204(b) Magnitude of Construction Projects, the price range of this project is anticipated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. A Site Visit will be conducted on 27 April 2022 at 1:00PM. Arrive at the gate no later than 12:30PM. Participants will meet in the parking lot across from B4400. Please see Attachment 9 for a map, Section L, and provision 52.236-27 for additional details regarding the site visit.

The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The NAICS for this project is 237310 and the small business size standard is $39.5M. This project is to repaint the striping and pavement markings and replace raised pavement markers. A site visit will be held for this project. This information will be located in Block 10 of the IFB. This will be a sealed bid requirement in accordance with FAR Parts 14 and 36. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to fulfill the requirement at Barksdale AFB, LA in accordance with the project drawings and all applicable code requirements. The IFB will be posted on or around 18 April 2022, the IFB will close 30 calendar days after the IFB is released. The period of performance is a mandatory 30 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The NTP may be issued within 15 days after award of the contract. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns in accordance with FAR part 19.15. The IFB will be available by electronic transmission only at SAM.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; see webpage at www.sam.gov. All bids shall be valid for 180 calendars days after the IFB closing to be considered responsive. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00.
